ADOVA was commissioned to carry out a full internal refurbishment and structural alterations of a family home situated Within walking distance of the Chiltern Firehouse and Marylebone High Street. As part of this project, ADOVA also secured planning permission for both a basement and a mansard roof extension, allowing the property to expand significantly and maximise its potential living space.
The internal refurbishment was carefully designed to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the home, blending contemporary design with the property’s original charm. ADOVA’s structural alterations improved the flow of the home, creating a layout that is ideal for modern family life. The new basement provided additional space for utilities and entertainment, while the mansard roof extension added valuable room on the upper floors, in keeping with the character of the surrounding architecture.
